Audio Video System Installation:

Custom Pacific has installed thousands of AV systems ranging from simple digital signage systems to complex audio and video teleconferencing system, command and control centers, corporate presentation systems, auditoriums, and university classrooms. There is no task related to a system implementation that we haven’t mastered whether its building and wiring large equipment racks to pulling and terminating cable to installing large displays, projectors or video walls. Having worked with AV companies all over the country, we are comfortable working with structural and design engineers and taking their ideas from the planning stage all the way through to commissioning and client training.

Sales and design engineering:

We assist smaller AV companies and electrical, security and alarm contractors with sales engineering and system design engineering. Our ability to carefully listen to a clients needs and take their ideas from a concept to a detailed blueprint with product specification and system capabilities will leave no questions unanswered.

Consultancy services:

We assist companies in choosing the right AV integrator for new AV systems and AV upgrades at their facilities. With a combined 30 years of experience in every type of presentation environment, we know what equipment is best suited for each circumstance and how to ensure the most efficient design is achieved to meet system requirements and client expectations.

Project Management:

Having completed thousands of successful installations, we understand the need for thorough communication between the design engineers, field technicians, programmers, field engineers, electrical and general contractors and most importantly the client. Our ability to identify issues during each phase of an installation makes us aptly suited to manage all the necessary teams to ensure a successful project.

While we don’t actively pursue equipment sales and stay on the construction and engineering side of the business, we do have the ability source certain manufacturing lines
